Conditions of service – please read carefully before you return your bat:

Repair and refurbishment work usually helps extend the bat lifespan and maintain blade performance. However, the nature of the game means we are unable to guarantee the lifespan of the bat or work applied post repair.

Grips and labels are subject to availability. We will substitute as closely as possible where necessary. The grade of bat cannot be changed in the labelling process.

Time scales vary but we expect to be able to complete most services inside 7-10 days from receipt. Due to the nature of some cracks they may require several attempts to seal successfully if the turnaround time will be any longer than two weeks will contact you before starting any work.
